If you want to add rose gold to your bouquet, you can do so by having some of the flowers painted rose gold or having the flower stems wrapped in a rose gold cloth or ribbon to hold the flowers together.
The bridesmaids could wear rose gold dresses with white flower bouquets and the groomsmen could wear neutral colored tuxes with a rose gold tie or rose gold boutonniere!
