Refreshing Fruit Wedding Cocktails
1. Watermelon Margarita
- 2 oz tequila
- 1.5 oz watermelon juice/puree
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz lime juice
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into a salted-rim glass.
2. Pineapple Mojito
- 2 oz white rum
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Club soda
- Mint leaves
Muddle mint and syrup, add rum and juices, shake, pour over ice, and top with soda.
3. Peach Bellini
- 1.5 oz peach puree
- Top with prosecco
Add the puree to a champagne flute, then top the rest of the glass with prosecco, and gently stir.
4. Tequila Sunrise
- 2 oz tequila
- 4 oz orange juice
- 0.5 oz grenadine
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in tequila and orange juice, then gently add grenadine down the side of the glass. It will sink to the bottom and create the “sunrise” effect.
5. Strawberry Champagne Spritz
- 1.5 oz strawberry puree
- Top with champagne
Add the puree to a champagne flute, then top the rest of the glass with champagne, and gently stir.
6. Mango Martini
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz mango puree
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
Add everything into a cocktail mixer and shake with ice, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
7. Fruity Daiquiri
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fruit puree of your choice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Add everything into a cocktail mixer and shake with ice. For a frozen daiquiri, blend all of the ingredients with a cup of ice.
8. Blackberry Whiskey Sour
- 1.5 oz whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Muddled blackberries
Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a glass, shake all the ingredients together, and then strain over ice.
9. Cranberry Moscow Mule
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Top with ginger beer
Fill a copper mug with ice, then add the vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
10. Lemon Drop Martini
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Add everything into a cocktail mixer and shake with ice, then strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugar rim.
