1. Discuss with the bride on a budget for how much you actually want to spend on the bachelorette party.
Also, discuss with the bride what are her expectations from this trip and whether she has a preference on where she would want to go or what she might want to do.
Other questions to ask her would be what theme she would want and any activities or games she might want to be played at her bachelorette party.
But most importantly, you should ask her whether she wants this all to be a surprise for her or if she wants to be somewhat included in the details of planning this bachelorette party.
2. Once a budget has been discussed, start coming up with the guest list for who all will be coming to this bachelorette party.
3. Once the guest list has been created, you want to go ahead and create a group chat with everyone that will be coming to this bachelorette party.
If the bride wants to be included in the planning of her bachelorette party, then you can also add her to the group chat.
However, if she wants it to be a total surprise, you might want to make the group chat without her in it or have two separate group chats for the party.
But keep in mind having two separate group chats might get confusing and you do not want to accidentally send information to the one with the bride in it, especially if she wants this to be a complete surprise.
4. Next, you want to come up with the location of where you want to have the bachelorette party.
Also, if you were planning on going to multiple locations, figure out where all you want to go and what order you want to go to these different places.
If you were planning on having your bachelorette party at a location far from your home, then you might want to look at either hotels or Airbnbs.
Or if you were planning on staying in a hotel or an Airbnb, then you want to start figuring out whether all of your guests can fit into one room or if they can’t, how many rooms will you need to get in order for everyone to have a room.
The great thing about Airbnbs is that they usually can hold a lot more guests than most hotel rooms can, so if you have a large party, you might want to look at Airbnbs rather than hotels.
Do remember to plan well in advance so that everyone who is going knows how much they will be spending ahead of time, and so that everyone has enough time to get off of work if the party occurs during the week, or if it is a mini vacation trip.
5. Next, you want to start picking out and ordering the decorations you plan on decorating the bachelorette party with.
You really do not have to spend a lot of money on this if you don’t want to.
Amazon has a great selection of bachelorette party decorations and accessories for the party at great prices.
Whether you wanted simple party decorations or those really funny blow up balloons that say “same d*ck forever”, amazon has it all for you.
You can also get sashes for everyone to wear, games for people to play, or little matching gifts like cups or sunglasses to give everyone at the party.
You can also find bachelorette party decorations and party favors at Walmart or Dollar Tree.
Make sure that the decorations and party favors you get for the party are stuff the bride would actually like.
If she is the kind of person who thinks the blow up balloons that say “same d*ck forever” are hilarious, then definitely get those, however, if that is not her style of humor, you might want to stay clear of them.
Lastly, remember to have a blast and take a lot of photos and videos at the bachelorette party or vacation!!
