I would stay more towards the winter flowers like poinsettias, amaryllis, and roses since they would be cheaper for you because they are in season.
For your bouquet fillers I would recommend pine, hypericum berries, holly, and pine cones.
Your bridesmaids can wear either winter green dresses or red dresses.
Or if you want to have the bridal party wear a mixture of Christmas colors you can do that as well.
For example, the maid of honor could wear a dark green dress while the rest of your bridal party wears red dresses and vice versa.
Then your groom and his groomsmen could wear black tuxes with dark green ties.
The boutonnieres could have a red flower and dark green leaves to match your bouquet.

To decorate your tables, you can use red or dark green tablecloths depending on which color you want to have more of throughout your wedding venue.
